How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days within the UK and 6–12 business days for Ireland and Europe, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or free delivery above a certain order value. Any active offers will be clearly shown at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Every order includes tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
During busy periods such as seasonal launches or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly extended. Carrier delays or customs processing may also affect delivery.

How do I choose the correct size?

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my item?
Yes. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are available for eligible items. If you would like a different size, please contact us and we will guide you through the process..
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
