At Evoir, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent return process. Please review the policy below carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Free from stains, scents or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This applies to all returns, including exchanges and voluntary returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Evoir is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Each case will be reviewed individually.
